Once data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised under our data retention procedures.

As an Elitarion user you hold the following rights over your personal data under PIPEDA, BC PIPA and other applicable privacy law:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
