By opening an account, accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them in full.

If you do not accept these Terms you must stop using the Platform immediately and close your account. Elitarion may update or amend these Terms at any time; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Elitarion is an AI-powered automated trading platform headquartered in Canada. The Platform gives users access to advanced algorithmic trading technology that carries out automated market analysis and trade execution across global financial markets.

Elitarion operates as a technology and investment services platform. All trading activity runs through licensed, compliant technology partners. Elitarion itself is not a financial adviser, broker or asset manager.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the Elitarion Platform you must satisfy each of the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must not reside in any country where automated trading or cryptocurrency-related services are banned or restricted by local law.
  • You must not appear on any government or international sanctions list.
  • You must not have had a previous Elitarion account closed for breaching these Terms.

By creating an account you represent and warrant that every point above applies to you. Elitarion may verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or close accounts that fall short.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Unlocking the full Elitarion Platform requires registration and identity verification. That involves:

  • Account Creation: Supplying accurate, complete personal details — your full legal name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
  • Identity Verification (KYC): Submitting valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card or driver's licence) plus proof of address, as Know Your Customer (KYC) rules require.
  • Account Security: Setting a strong password and switching on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which is compulsory on all accounts.

You alone are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell Elitarion immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Elitarion accepts no liability for losses caused by unauthorised use that follows a failure on your part to keep the account secure.

You agree to supply accurate, current and complete information at registration and to update it promptly whenever it changes. Supplying false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Platform Services

Elitarion delivers the following core services through the Platform:

  • Automated AI Trading: Access to an algorithmic trading engine that reads market data and places trades for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Real-Time Dashboard: A clear interface showing your balance, trading performance, transaction history and withdrawal status as they happen.
  • Deposit and Withdrawal Management: Secure tools for funding your account and requesting withdrawals at any time, subject to Section 7.
  • Customer Support: Help from our support team by email and phone on account management, technical issues and general questions.

Elitarion may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability to you.

5. Minimum Deposit and Investment Terms

The following apply to every deposit made on the Elitarion Platform:

  • Minimum Initial Deposit: The minimum needed to activate AI trading is $250 USD or its equivalent in your local currency.
  • Additional Deposits: You may add funds at any time, subject to the same minimum per transaction.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Every accepted method is listed inside your account dashboard. Elitarion uses verified, encrypted payment processors for all transactions.
  • Deposit Processing: Deposits are normally credited within 24 hours of payment being confirmed.
  • Currency: Balances and performance figures are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets carries substantial risk. Before using the Elitarion Platform, weigh the following carefully:

  • Past performance of the Platform or its trading algorithms is no guide to future results.
  • Automated trading systems, AI-driven ones included, can and do lose money. No profit is guaranteed.
  • Markets can shift quickly and unpredictably — through economic events, regulatory change, geopolitical developments or technical failure.
  • Invest only money you can afford to lose. Never commit funds needed for essential living costs, debt repayments or other obligations.
  • Elitarion does not give investment advice. Nothing on the Platform amounts to financial, legal or tax advice.

By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept these risks in full. Elitarion is not liable for trading losses incurred through its automated trading services.

7. Withdrawals

Elitarion is committed to giving you fast, unobstructed access to your money. Withdrawals are governed by the following:

  • Withdrawal Requests: You may submit a request at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Processing Time: Requests are normally handled within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum is shown inside your account dashboard.
  • No Hidden Fees: Elitarion charges no concealed withdrawal fees. Any charge applied by a payment processor is disclosed clearly before you confirm.
  • Verification Requirements: For security, withdrawals above certain thresholds may need extra identity checks. Elitarion may request supporting documents before releasing a high-value withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal Method: Funds return to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

In using the Elitarion Platform you agree not to do any of the following:

  • Supply false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any later point.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud included.
  • Attempt to reach any part of the Platform, its servers or another user's account without authorisation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the source code of any software behind the Platform.
  • Deploy bots, scrapers or other tools to access or harvest Platform data without express written permission.
  • Take any action that disrupts, damages or degrades the performance, availability or integrity of the Platform.
  • Open multiple accounts in order to sidestep restrictions or abuse promotional offers.
  • Reproduce, distribute or publicly display Platform content without prior written consent from Elitarion.

Breaching any of the above may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of funds pending compliance review, and possible legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos and materials on the Elitarion Platform belong exclusively to Elitarion or its licensed partners. That includes, without limitation:

  • The AI trading engine and every algorithm behind it.
  • The Platform interface, dashboard design and user-experience elements.
  • All written content, graphics, icons and multimedia material.
  • The Elitarion brand name, logo and associated trademarks.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. Any unauthorised use of Elitarion intellectual property is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Elitarion Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. That policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information in line with PIPEDA, BC PIPA and other applicable privacy legislation.

By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described there. The full Privacy Policy is available on our website at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elitarion together with its directors, officers, employees, partners and technology providers shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses, lost profit or lost capital arising from use of the automated trading platform.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
  • Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or its services.
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your own failure to keep the account secure.
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, payment processors or technology partners.
  • Losses caused by market conditions, volatility or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Elitarion's total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elitarion together with its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and partners against any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform.
  • Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights, intellectual property rights included.
  • Any false or misleading information you supply to Elitarion.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Elitarion may suspend, restrict or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity on the account.
  • You fail to complete or maintain the required identity verification.
  • The law, a regulation or a court order obliges us to.
  • Your account has sat inactive for an extended period.

On termination, any pending withdrawal is processed subject to compliance review. Elitarion is not liable for losses arising from a suspension or closure carried out under these Terms.

You may close your account whenever you wish by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closing an account does not release you from obligations incurred beforehand.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to try to settle it informally first by contacting Elitarion at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve it within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.

15. Changes to These Terms

Elitarion may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, registered users are notified by email and/or a clear notice on the Platform. The revised Terms apply from the date of publication.

Continuing to use the Platform after that notice means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

16. Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable, or removed from these Terms if adjustment is not possible. Every remaining provision stays in full force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policy or notice published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and Elitarion regarding your use of the Platform, and replace all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
