- The Perfect Diet -
The perfect diet is:
  1. Vegan diet?

  2. Ketogenic diet?

  3. Carnivore diet?
Probably none of them, because:
  1. The human metabolism is a highly complex thing and all the scientific dietary data/advice is basically based on questionnaires.

  2. We are omnivores, which means highly adaptable and able to survive extreme diets.

  3. Every person acts differently on different foods.
Common sense diet:
Despite all the complexity and difficulty:
  1. As little highly processed shit as possible, rather organic whole foods.

  2. Try different things, but not too extreme.

  3. feeling hungry is a good thing!

  4. Intermediate fasting seems to be beneficial for most people.
