- Vegan diet?
- Ketogenic diet?
- Carnivore diet?
Solution:
Probably none of them, because:
- The human metabolism is a highly complex thing and all the scientific dietary data/advice is basically based on questionnaires.
- We are omnivores, which means highly adaptable and able to survive extreme diets.
- Every person acts differently on different foods.
Common sense diet:
Despite all the complexity and difficulty:
Back to academy- As little highly processed shit as possible, rather organic whole foods.
- Try different things, but not too extreme.
- feeling hungry is a good thing!
- Intermediate fasting seems to be beneficial for most people.
