What can and should you do?
The following:
  1. Be consistent! Sleep and wake up at the same time.

  2. Don't eat before bedtime.

  3. Optimal room temperature is 18 C°/65 F.

  4. Be active during the day: Exercise!

  5. Ban electric devices from your bed room!
Still doesn't work?
You mean...you do all this but you still sleep bad or feel very tired?
Then maybe you have a problem. So you could and should:
  1. Talk to a/your doctor.

  2. Talk to a/your therapist.

  3. Track/check your sleep with a pulse oximeter, smartwatch, EEG-headband or something similar.
